Balance- Ladies Only Fitness Class

Join Balance, a refreshing women-only fitness class held every Saturday, designed to strengthen your body and uplift your spirit. Enjoy an energizing weekly workout suitable for all levels, followed by a meaningful group discussion where we connect, support one another, and grow together. It’s more than just fitness – it’s community, confidence, and balance in every sense. This class is semester-based, with the schedule running from August through November and January through April.
