Bitty Tigers- Saturday Fitness Fun

Join us every Saturday for Bitty Tigers, a high-energy, fun-filled fitness class designed especially for our youngest movers, ages 3 to 5! This playful yet structured class introduces little ones to the building blocks of movement—balance, mobility, agility, discipline, and self-control—through exciting games, obstacle courses, and age-appropriate martial arts-inspired activities.

Our experienced instructors create a safe and supportive environment where kids can build confidence, burn energy, and learn to follow directions while having a blast with their peers. Whether they’re hopping like frogs, crawling through tunnels, or practicing “quiet ninja” balance moves, your Bitty Tiger will leave class smiling, stronger, and more focused!

Perfect for busy Saturday mornings, Bitty Tigers sets the tone for a healthy, active lifestyle—one playful step at a time. 

This is  a semster based class offered August through November and January through April
