Mario Rangel epitomizes integrity, hard work, and authenticity. He grew up in the Grant County area and graduated from Marion High School. After serving four years in the United States Navy, he returned to Marion and earned both his B.A. in Business Management and an M.A. in Organizational Leadership, from Indiana Wesleyan University.
Mr. Rangel is a 6th Degree black belt in Taekwondo and has been a dedicated student of the art for over 30 years. He also holds a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He serves as the Director of Operations and Chief instructor at Tiger Martial Arts Fitness Academy where his mission is to empower his community with confidence and character through physical fitness.
Mario is a family man with a devotion to God, his beautiful wife, three wonderful children, and one sweet granddaughter. He enjoys fishing, hunting, gardening, and taking bike rides with his family. Mario lives by his life motto, “It is not about doing the extraordinary, but about doing the ordinary things extra”.
