Self-Defense Seminars
Tiger self-defense seminars is NOT a martial arts class, but rather, a safety awareness course intended to prepare you for situations that may occur in your everyday life. The seminars are one to three hours long and designed for five or more participants. The course includes how to avoid being a target, handling confrontation, safety tips, and effective self-defense techniques.
