Our yoga courses are comprised of a set sequence of postures designed to bring strength, flexibility, and endurance to the body. It is designed to purify the body through the breath and the movement to invoke a stillness of the mind.  Our yoga instructor promotes an encouraging, safe environment perfect for all yoga practitioners.

FAQs

What kind of experience do I need to have to participate in yoga?

Our yoga class is great for all levels. Our instructor provides modifications for your ability level. If you have a past of present injury, please, let the instructor know. 

How old do you have to be to participate in the yoga class?

While yoga is wonderful for people of all ages, for our classes, we ask that participants be 12 yrs. or older. There are occasionally special events which include yoga for youth, as well as private sessions with individuals or small groups of any age.

Why is yoga beneficial for me?

Yoga provides mental, physical, emotional awareness, growth and improvements to anyone who practices yoga. Our suggestion is to try one class no fee and go from there!

What do I need to bring with me to yoga class?

Basically, just yourself! Our gym mats are great for our classes; however, if you feel more comfortable with your personal mat, please, bring it. For your peace of mind, our mats are cleaned regularly. We wants to make sure that your experience is a blessing.
